The office entrance is located just east of White Chapel Blvd. on the south side of Southlake Blvd (FM 1709) at Chapel Hill Executive Suites. The office complex is the first commercial property east of White Chapel Methodist Church. The office is housed in the first building on the right as you turn into the parking area. Park either in front or on the south side of that building. Enter through the door at the left front of the building and proceed to the waiting area at the end of that hallway at the rear of the building. When it is time for your appointment, Linda will greet you in this waiting area.
If coming from Keller, turn right into Chapel Hill Executive Suites (the first office complex turn-in past White Chapel Blvd).
If coming from Grapevine or Southlake Town Center, turn left into Chapel Hill Executive Suites (the last office complex on the left before White Chapel Blvd).
